Chocolate Berry Bites

Ingredients
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • ½ cup white chocolate
  • ½ cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate
  • ½ cup mint chocolate
Instructions

    Stuff the blueberries into the raspberries.

    Put the white chocolate chips and some coconut oil in a bowl and hit in 20 second increments and stir until chocolate becomes dippable.

    Put on a wax paper covered tray and freeze for 10 minutes so chocolate hardens then repeat the process with the other two types of chocolate.
Note




The recipe called for white, ruby, and dark chocolate but I
opted for white, semisweet, and mint the exact types are up to the maker. I
also switched up what chocolates were dipped such as some had all three while
some only had one and some had two different types.
