Prepare all ingredients. Heat edamame and take beans out of shell and put into a bowl. Mash the edamame beans with a fork. Pour all the ingredients into the bowl and mix until a batter is formed.

Form into medium sized balls or however big you want the fritters to be and put on a greased lined air fryer tray making sure not to overlap.

Air fry at 375 for 6 minutes flip and air fry for another 4-6 minutes or until golden brown.
