Description

Air Fried Chicken coated in the titular ingredients

Ingredients
  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp Light Mayo
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 35 g all purpose flour
  • 35 g corn flour
  • 50 g  50-100 part skim mozzarella
  • A couple chopped sprigs of cilantro

    Chop chicken breasts into chunks.

    Finely chop the cilantro
  3. 3
    Add chicken breasts chunks, eggs, light mayo, salt and pepper, paprika, and garlic powder and stir together.

    Stir in the flour.

    Stir in the mozzarella and cilantro

    Airfry at 375 degrees for 8 minutes flip and fry an additional 6 minutes or until cooked all the way through.

No real name for this recipe so its just a list of major ingredients. The garlic wasn’t an ingredient on the original recipe but I added it because I add garlic powder to everything as well as a few other seasonings but it’s a couple hours later and I already forgot what they were but feel free to add other seasonings that you like.
