ground turkey
Oil for greasing pan

sweet onion

chopped
head of broccoli

bell pepper

cloves worth of garlic
½ tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp salt

1 of rice noodles or 1 cup of rice
Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for topping
Firecracker sauce
½ cup sriracha
¼ cup tamari
¼ cup rice vinegar

3 brown sugar or 0 cal sweetener

honey or sugar free maple syrup
Instructions

Grease pan and heat over medium heat.

Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and wash and chop all the vegetables.

Cook the ground turkey in the pan until it’s browned and cooked through. Begin preparing the noodles/rice according to it’s directions.

Add the onions and cook for a few minutes then add the garlic and pepper flakes and cook for another minute.

Pour the sauce in and mix it in and cook another 6 to 8 minutes until the sauce carmelizes.

Add the rest of the vegetables and cook a few minutes until they soften and cook.

Add the water and stir some more and let it simmer for a couple minutes.

Once the noodles or rice are cooked either mix the noodles in or serve over the rice. Top with green onion slices and sesame seeds when serving.
