Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and salt and pepper together to make a sauce.
6 Add carrots, garlic, ginger, and broth to turkey pan and saute for a five minutes.
7 Add the cabbage, cover, and cook for a few minutes until it softens.
8 Add the mixed soy sauce and ramen and mix everything together. It may be easier to add everything to the pot instead since it’s larger.
9 Sprinkle/drizzle the green onion, sesame seeds, and bang bang sauce before serving.
