Cookie Version 1: (Higher Protein)
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup oat flour
- ½ cup vanilla whey protein
- 3 tbsp almond milk
Cookie Version 2
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
High Protein Peanut Butter (can also just use regular peanut butter)
- 50 g Powdered Peanut Butter
- 30 g vanilla whey protein
- 20 g vanilla casein protein
- 5 g sweetener
- Water (to desired consistency)
Chocolate:
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chocolate almond bark (or 2/3 cup chocolate chips and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Do whatever you like for dipping)
