When you’re almost ready to dip the oreos put the white chocolate with some coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl and heat in 20 second increments, stirring after each time, until chocolate is melted and dippable.
5 Dip the balls in the chocolate using a fork or toothpick coating it all over then place back on the tray. Immediately sprinkle the crushed candy cane on top of the ball while the chocolate is still melty.
6 Place in freezer to set up then transfer to fridge.
