- 2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 tbsp powdered cinnamon
- 1 scoop cinnamon roll flavored whey protein (optional)
Cinnamon Swirl Method 2: Cinnamon Sugar
- 0 cup ½ cal brown sugar
- 1 tbsp powdered cinnamon
Cinnamon Swirl Method 3: Cheesecake
- ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ package of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 tbsp 1-2 almond milk (to desired consistency)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp sweetener (to taste)
Glaze Method 1: Powdered Sugar Icing
- 0 cup ½ cal powdered sugar
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tbsp 1-2 water or almond milk (to desired consistency. Almond milk will theoretically need refrigerated)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Glaze Method 2: Cheesecake Icing
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup o cal powdered sugar
- ½ package of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 tbsp 1-2 water or almond milk (to desired consistency. Almond milk will theoretically need refrigerated)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Glaze Method 3: Greek Yogurt Cheesecake
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
