1tbsp 1 fresh chopped dill or parsley or 1 tsp dill powder
1tsp lemon juice
1tsp sugar or sweetener
Pepper to taste
Directions

Finely chop or shred the dill pickle.

Chop dill/parsley of you used fresh.

Add everything to a small bowl and mix.
Note
I tried this recipe with some homemade mayo i attempted to make. You will notice that the recipe for mayo is not in this cookbook because it was a disappointing runny mess. The tartar sauce i made from it was at least decent enough to use.
