Tzatiki Sauce
A creamy Greek sauce often used in gryos

Finely shred the cucumber then pat as dry as possible with a paper towel.

Add everything to a bowl and mix until blended
Note
I usually don't have cucumber on hand so I end up skipping that and making more a loosely tzatziki inspired sauce
