Ingredients

Directions

  1. Finely chop or shred the dill pickle.
  2. Chop dill/parsley of you used fresh.
  3. Add everything to a small bowl and mix.

I tried this recipe with some homemade mayo i attempted to make. You will notice
that the recipe for mayo is not in this cookbook because it was a disappointing
runny mess. The tartar sauce i made from it was at least decent enough to use.
