Peppermint Bark Oreo Balls

Crush oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor, blender, or rolling pin or mallet.

Mix the cream cheese and peppermint with a mixer until smooth then add the oreos and mix until oreos are blended in with the cream cheese.

Roll into balls and put on a parchment paper lined tray and freeze for about an hour until they set.

When you’re almost ready to dip the oreos put the white chocolate with some coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl and heat in 20 second increments, stirring after each time, until chocolate is melted and dippable.

Dip the balls in the chocolate using a fork or toothpick coating it all over then place back on the tray. Immediately sprinkle the crushed candy cane on top of the ball while the chocolate is still melty.

Place in freezer to set up then transfer to fridge.
Note
The recipe says to dip it twice so the dark core doesn’t show through so you can do that if you care about that I don’t so I didn’t. Also I used way less than the recommended oreos for this recipe by like half the amount.
