Instructions

  1. Combine everything in a bowl, beating the egg and adding it last.
  2. Gentle role the mixture into about a dozen balls and add to the air fryer basket after spraying it with nonstick spray of your choice.
  3. Air fry at 375 degrees for 5 minutes then flip and air fry for another five minutes or until they are cooked all the way through.

Note

Ground turkey will be a lot less formed and held together than ground beef when it’s raw so be mindful when handling it.
