Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
-
Add all dry crust ingredients to a large bowl and mix then mix in the wet ingredients until a dough is formed.
-
Put a layer of flour on a sheet of parchment paper then coat your hands with flour and form dough into a ball. Using a spoon spread the dough out in a circular manner.
-
Place the parchment paper on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 8-10 minutes until it’s cooked to a golden brown.
-
For the sauce mix all ingredients together adding water if it needed.
-
Then for the icing mix the protein powder pudding mix and sweetener with just water or milk for it to form a drizzling consistency.
-
When the pizza is done in the oven take it out and let it cool for 10 minutes.
-
Once cool put your sauce and spread it out over the crust. Then sprinkle on your crushed oreos/chips ahoy on top of the sauce then drizzle the icing over all that.
-
After that it’s ready to slice and eat.
Note
The end result of this turned out well if you’re a
degenerate like me but it is an absolute pain to work with the crust dough.
It’s extremely stick and hard to work with as it’s always sticking to
everything. I ended up sprinkling flour on top of it and rapidly tapping it
with a spoon and that worked most of the time but still occasionally got some
stuck and messed up the dough. DO NOT TRY TO USE A ROLLING PIN FOR THIS.
When I made it I split the crust in two and made one oreo
one and cut the sauce ingredients in half.
The original recipe called for vanilla protein powder for
both sauces but I had a cookies and cream and a cookie flavored one so I just
used those. For the oreo one the recipe called for black cocoa powder which I
don’t have so I just replaced it with oreo crumbs from oreo thins that I
crushed in my blender. The cookie pizza had a PB Party
Protein Cookie Butter Powder but I’ve never heard of that and several high
protein cookie dough flavor recipes call for peanut butter so I switched that
those. You may also be able to crush some chips ahoy in a blender similar to
the oreos and replace it with that.
For the icing I got it to the consistency that I could scoop
some up on my fork and drizzle it over the pizzas.
