  1. Mix the cottage cheese/Greek yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, milk, vanilla, and the crushed oreo thins together in a large bowl.
  2. Put in 12 cupcake tins. Top with the  6 oreo halves. 
  3. Freeze until solid.
  4. Let thaw a bit before eating.

Note

here’s nothing really setting this up so it needs to be frozen. Greek yogurt in particular freezes rock solid so you’ll need to let it thaw before you can eat it. Either cottage cheese or Greek yogurt will work I did half and half. The yogurt was smoother while the cottage cheese was grainier because of the curds. Blending would have gotten rid of the curds but I made them before I had a blender.
