Ingredients

For seasoning

For dip/dressing

For potato chips

Instructions

  1. For seasoning:
  2. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together
  3. Use immediately or store in an airtight container
  4. For dip:
  5. Add to the greek yogurt or sour cream and stir to mix
  6. Add in water or almond milk if desired to thin it out
  7. For air fried potato chips
  8. Chop potatoes into thin chip shapes preferably using a mandolin
  9. Soak potatoes in cold water for half an hour
  10. Dry potatoes
  11. Lightly coat potatoes with oil
  12. Air fry at 400 for 8 minutes flip then air fry an additional 7 minutes or until potatoes reach preferred level of doneness
  13. Add seasoning, tossing to evenly coat the potatoes
  14. Let sit to cool and crisp up

Note

the recipe i based this off of used a higher ratio of buttermilk powder. I cut back in my initial experiments to see if it would work with less to save some calories.

This seasoning would be good as a dip as potato chips or as a general seasoing for vegetables. The first time i tried this blend was as seasoning for some sauted vegetables
