Flourless Fudge Cookies

Ingredients

¾ Cup Sweve Confectioners Sugar
¾ Cup Sweetener
½ Cup Cocoa Powder
100 G Egg whites
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips (optional. Can also use other mix ins)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine sweeteners, cocoa powder and salt in a large bowl
Stir in the egg whites and vanilla until it forms a batter then add in your mix ins.
Scoop onto a greased parchment paper lined baking tray
Cook for 8 minutes or to preferred doneness
