Flourless Protein Fudge Cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine protein powder, sweeteners, cocoa powder and salt in a large bowl
  3. Stir in the egg whites and vanilla until it forms a batter then add in your mix ins.
  4. Scoop onto a greased parchment paper lined baking tray
  5. Cook for 8 minutes or to preferred doneness

Note

I experimented with different ratios of whey to casein. All whey was inedible. Half whey half casein was barely tolerable. 2 scoops casein 1 scoop and all casein were better but stayed in the ball shape even after cooking. In future attempts I will probably double the size and smash them flatter to make a more traditional cookie shape.
