Crockpot Buffalo ranch chicken

Crockpot Buffalo ranch chicken

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Grease bottom of crockpot and put chicken in. Sprinkle paprika, onion powder, pepper and half the ranch seasoning  over it then half of the buffalo sauce you’re going to use.
  2. Cook on high for 2 hours or low 4 hours or however long it takes your crockpot to cook the chicken enough for it to shred easily with a fork.
  3. Put the chicken in a large bowl and shred with a couple forks then pour the remaining buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning in and mix thoroughly.

Note

This recipe is super easy and good I literally just put the chicken in dump half the buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning and let it cook while I go to the gym. I very very rarely repeat chicken recipes because there’s so many I want to try but this is one of the few that I have made multiple times. I really like making wraps with this recipe.
In the recipe I pulled up as I was looking at recipes I’ve used over the past year had whipped cream cheese that would make it a bit creamier. I’ve never used it in this recipe (or the garlic paprika onion powder and pepper. Like I said I literally just put the chicken buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning in and call it a day) and I’m not sure if I was doing it if I would put half in while it cooks and half once it’s done or put all of it in after it’s done cooking.
