Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium-low heat
  2. Add garlic and seasoning and cook for a minute until fragrant.
  3. Add in Greek yogurt and parmesan cheese and mix until the cheese melts. Be sure not to overcook the Greek yogurt or it will separate. You can also replace the yogurt with heavy cream which will be higher calorie but different consistency and less need to worry about it separating.

This is honestly one of those recipes that it’s been so long since I did it I don’t entirely remember how I made it but I think this is roughly how I made it.
