Greek Yogurt Flatbread

Mix dry ingredients then add the Greek yogurt and mix until it forms a dough

Preheat a skillet or pan on the stove.

Kneed the dough on a floured surface then form into a ball. Let rest for about 20 minutes

Roll into circles of desired diameter and thickness

Place a flatbread onto the pan and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until it puffs up and pan side begins to turn golden then flip and cook another minute or two.

Put cooked flatbread on a plate and cover with a towel then repeat the process for next flatbread until all are cooked.
Note
When I made it it was super sticky and I didn’t have enough
flour so I struggled to form it into a flat disc. May be easier with a roller.
After reading some more similar recipes the stickoness depends on the water content of the specific brand of greek yogurt you use so you may need to add more flour to compensate.
