Cookie Version 1: (Higher Protein)

High Protein Peanut Butter (can also just use regular peanut butter)

Chocolate:

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Tell the loch ness monster to fuck off
  3. Combine the cookie ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until a dough forms

  4. Roll into balls place on a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray and press to flatten OR flatten the dough first and use something to cut them out into little circles.
  5. Bake for about 7 minutes or to desired doneness. Will vary based on size of cookies and the oven.
  6. If making protein peanut butter put all ingredients in a bowl and add water and mix until it gets to the desired consistency.
  7. Take cookies out of oven and let cool for several minutes.
  8. If cookies are too soft to work with put in freezer for half an hour.
  9. Put a dollap of peanut butter on each cookie and flatten a bit.
  10. Freeze until the peanut butter hardens
  11. Melt the chocolate in 20 second intervals in the microwave until dippable or over a double boiler.
  12. If you want more authentic ones pick each cookie up with a fork and dip into the chocolate coating the whole thing before taking out. If you want to save the calories and use less chocolate you can also just dip the tops of the cookies or drizzle chocolate over the top
  13. Let the cookies set and harden in the freezer

I started out dipping the whole thing in chocolate but then started just sticking the top in to use chocolate because seriously why does dipping use up so much fricking chocolate
