Servings: 12

Ingredients

Bread Method 1:

Bread Method 2: (Needs to cook about 10-15 minutes longer than other methods)

Bread Method 3:

Cinnamon Swirl Method 1: Cinnamon Apple Sauce

Cinnamon Swirl Method 2: Cinnamon Sugar

Cinnamon Swirl Method 3: Cheesecake

Glaze Method 1: Powdered Sugar Icing

Glaze Method 2: Cheesecake Icing

Glaze Method 3: Greek Yogurt Cheesecake

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Get out two small and one medium or large mixing bowl
  3. In one of each small mixing bowls mix together the ingredients for the cinnamon swirl in one and the ingredients for the icing in the other
  4. Add all the dry ingredients and mix them together
  5. Add all the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a batter forms
  6. Pour half the batter into a greased bread pan and evenly spread it out. Pour half or more of the cinnamon swirl on top of the batter and spread it out. Pour remaining batter and evenly spread it out. Pour remaining cinnamon swirl on top and spread it out. (You can also make more layers if desired)
  7. Use a knife to slice through the batter in lines to mix the swirl throughout the batter.
  8. Place the breadpan in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes (50-60 for method two) until bread is done enough that you can stick a toothpick in without getting very much on it when you pull it out
  9. Take out of the oven and let cool for several minutes
  10. Pour the icing on top and spread it out evenly

Note

I have said the phrase spread it out far too many times now

This is a mix and match kind of set of recipes. You can whatever bread base mix in and topping you want out of these. One of them I did both the cinnamon applesauce and cheesecake swirl in the same loaf.

Bread method two held up by far the best when being cut. The other two crumbled as they were cut
