Snickers Salad

Instructions

  1. Dice your preferred type of apple and chop up the snickers. I used 2 fun sized snickers but you do you if you make this. 
  2. Put whatever amount of Greek yogurt you want in a bowl and add ½ scoop or a scoop of protein powder based on how much extra protein you want to add. I used vanilla protein powder but you can use others if you want a different flavor. I didn’t use any pudding mix but I frequently do use it to flavor Greek yogurt so that’s an option.
  3. Chop the nuts and mix the caramel if you’re adding those as toppings.
  4. Mix the apple chunks and Greek yogurt until you have appley Greek yogurt then mix in the snickers pieces. Top with a dollop or 5 of the coolhwhip then pour the caramel on and sprinkle on the chopped nuts and enjoy.
