Teriyaki Sauce
A homemade teriyaki sauce for marinating, mixing, or dipping

Base sauce
For slurry:
Instructions

Put all the ingredients except the slurry ingredients together in a sauce pan and stir over medium high heat for about a minute

In a small bowl mix the cornstarch and renain 1/4 cup of water. Stir the mixture into the rest of the sauce

Cook the sauce for 5 to 7 minutes being sure to stir frequently until it thickens
